Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If that applies to you, please send us an e-mail to within 14 days upon receiving your order. Provide us with your order number, we will check whether your order is eligible for return and you will be provided with the necessary information (return form and shipping address).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It might take some time for the payment to process and/ or show up for you. If several days have already passed by since you received our refund confirmation do not hesitate to reach out to us. We are always happy to help 🙂

As long as you used “free shipping” at checkout, we will be covering the shipping costs for sending the order to you, even if you return the item. However, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the item(s) was/ were falsely returned or are not in an unused/ original state (as mentioned above), we do not have to accept your return. In that case, you are responsible for not complying with our policy and you will have to pay for the additional shipping costs to return the order back to you. If you do not pay the shipping costs within 30 days, we are not obliged to keep hold of your order and do not guarantee that your order is still available to be sent back to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we do not receive your return and there is no proof of delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
